Odds and Ends ---Sister Carter pulled over and parked partially in a ditch. The ground seemed farther away when I got out... turns out the back left tire was entirely off the ground! ---My comps heard me open my candy cane Hershey kisses in the back of the car. Instantly, both of them reach back with "the dad hand" asking for tax and to share the goods. ---Tiwi (our little driving coach) has a camera now. ---One Elder sang a song from Hamilton for our half mission talent show and I just about died. I miss my Hamilton tunes! ---Had breakfast for 3 meals in one day ---A cute cat named Gato curled up in my lap during a lesson. I watched it carefully after 15 minutes on my lap. It definitely had fleas. Eeeewwwww! ---We went to a mental home to visit some friends. In the background of our spiritual thought with Ronald and Brother Crayne, we hear, "YOUUUU ARE SOOOO BEAUTIFULLLLLL... TO MEEEEEEEE, CANT YOU SEEEEEEE!!!!" I had to try so hard to focus and not get distracted....

I HAVE ANOTHER COMPANION! SISTER WARDROP! Wow. I've been dying to be in a trio my whole mission. And HERE WE ARE! I can check that off the mission bucket list! Even though transfers literally happened last week, she was emergency transferred, or ETd over here! And for no reason other than God needed her here! Poor girl is about to hit 4 months and literally has been ETd twice, had 3 areas and 9 companions. She is such a light! President called us at 10:00 Tuesday morning and we picked her up later that day at 3. I was giggling setting up the 3rd bed in our room and our desk... ahh! Now we have 3x the spiritual power! And 3x the wardrobe too haha! MEET MY NEW COMPANION! My cutie new companion, Sister Elizabeth Wardrop, is from Calgary Alberta, CANADA!!!🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Yep that's right! She is so cool. Another miraculous week in Newberry! Ahh I'm forever grateful for this town that's grown to be a part of me! Odds and Ends ---Sister Carter tried to drive over a cone but it definitely got stuck under the car ha! ---Found a leaf bigger than my face ---Had red bean paste sesame seed pastry thing. Mm mm. Never again.  ---Had my first actual door slam of the mission. ---We had a member meal with the Morris family. I just love them! We had homemade milkshakes. Right before the spiritual thought, Jaron and Brother Morris got into a little mini wrestling brawl. Brother Morris threw a pillow and it knocked a milkshake over and spilled everywhere. Thankfully it didn't knock over the lamp or glass nativity. Haha! Kinda a fun little moment.  ---We were talking with Henning and Dana on Thanksgiving, when one of the dogs started having a seizure!   First off, we got transfer news a little early. SISTER CARTER AND I ARE STAYING IN NEWBERRY TOGETHER! Almost all of my companions I've only had for one transfer, so I finally get to keep one around:) We get to be together into the new year! Odds and Ends ---I had a peppermint Wendy's frosty. Yum! ---I found out our friend Raelynn used to call me and Sister Bradshaw Elsa and Anna when she was still here. SO cute! ---Theres a place in Newberry called Pomaria. Apparently the story of how it got its name is a cow named Mary sat on the train tracks. She got hit... so now everyone says "po' Mary..." (like poor Mary) hahaha! ---This old lady said "I like your shoes." She was pointing to my bag, not my feet. She need some glasses... ---Had Low Country Boil for the 2nd time. ---I was corrected by the Southerners that the Thanksgiving green jello is not called that.
